We are looking for a talented **VIP & Audiovisual Support technician** to join our client's team.

You will be Reporting to the VIP Support Team Lead and representing the Group Technology department. The **VIP & Audiovisual Support technician** is accountable for providing and delivering effective meeting & event assistance for cases that require either remote or physical presence to be resolved. The ultimate aim being to deliver a high quality, truly value-added service to the VIP business users, actively engaging these users in the technology available to them. In this context, the VIP Meetings & Events Technician works closely with Field Services Engineers, Buildings & Offices Services and interacts with end-users in a complex international environment.

**Responsabilities**:
Project Management:

- Participate to the project / activity’s delivery
- Handle tasks assigned to you
- Respect the deadlines
- Identify and report potential risks
- Proactively report any project / activities expressed by an entity

Service Management:

- Delivery and support of the Group Technology services
- Follow, contribute, seek for evolution and promote the Group Technology standards
- Stage, deploy and administer components within your area of expertise
- Monitor proactively the IT Infrastructure and services under your supervision
- Ensure proper operational follow-up and escalation to the relevant Group Technology support team
- Provides excellent Customer Service and a real added value to clients via the different communication channels available
- Promotes available technology when liaising with clients in order to explain and encourage the use of available tools
- Applies a flexible approach working on a rotational support model

Specifics includes but are not limited to:

- Assist the VIPs to prepare, organize and start their meetings
- Help to prepare and assist during VIP events on-site & off-site
- Regularly check meeting rooms, handle preventive maintenance and maintain KB/documentation updated
- Keep the stock & inventory updated, clean and well-organized
- Minimum 5 years of years in IT support
- Minimum 2 years of experience in VIP support
- Experience in audiovisual
- French and English mandatory (other languages a plus)
