B2b Fixed Controller

**My duties**
- Driver and challenger of the commercial units to achieve their financial goals
- Lead and manage the unit in the budget and forecasting process
- Manage the monthly close and roll process
- Manage the Risk & Mitigation profile; flag areas of risks and opportunities to business unit and Head of B2C Business Control
- Support the business unit in developing mitigation strategies/options to achieve budget
- Develop robust planning tools together with the Non-Financial reporting team
- Act as business partner for the commercial team in operational and strategic topics
- Provide decision support and analysis to ensure key decisions are properly evaluated and fact based

**My qualifications**
- Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
- Controlling experience, preferably in the consumer/ telecommunications industry
- Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and SOX
- Fluent in English, German a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
- Pro-active and ownership taking, taking over end-to-end responsibility for allocated tasks
- Hands-on mentality as well as ability to cope with high pressure assignments and used to meeting strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
- Strong analytical skills, proven experience in business case modeling
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively and comfortably with senior leadership
- SAP or Oracle experience is a plus
