**Junior Solution Consultant (Wrocław)**:
**Join Our Team as a Junior Solution Consultant**

**At proaxia consulting group AG, we specialize in software development across diverse industries, including automotive, discrete manufacturing, and professional services. Our close collaboration with SAP® enables us to deliver cutting-edge cloud integration solutions for the SAP Field Service Management (FSM) platform. As we continue to enhance and manage this innovative product, we are actively seeking a talented Junior Solution Consultant to contribute to our dynamic team.**

**Responsibilities and tasks**:
- Ability to analyse clients’ business processes and translate them into SAP solutions-
- Solution testing-
- Specification of new features of the product in cooperation with our consultants and developers-
- Creating business documentation for the processes supported by the FSM Connector-
- Conduct trainings and presentations for partners and customers-
- Support partners and customers together with our Support Team-
- Assure software quality within the release cycles of our products**Our offer**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SAP or foundational experience in SAP
- Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions- Comfortable working autonomously and prioritizing tasks- Service-oriented mindset, needed to provide recommendations to meet customer demands- Confident verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear interactions- Team-oriented approach
- Committed to actively seeking opportunities for process enhancement
- Strong English communication and writing skills are essential (at least B2 level)
- German would be an asset
