Wir sind ein stilvolles Boutique-Aparthotel im pulsierenden Zürich, nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof Oerlikon und in der Nähe des Flughafens. Unseren Gästen bieten wir in 140 Suiten in behaglicher Wohnatmosphäre sowie einem gemütlichen öffentlichen Wohnzimmer mit Bibliothek, einer authentisch, italienischen Restauration und einem Spa
- und Fitnessbereich ein Zuhause auf Zeit.
- Zubereitung der täglich frisch gekochten süditalienischen Speisen für unser Restaurant «Acasa»
- Zubereitung der Frühstücksspeisen
- Erstellung der Mise en place für einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf
- Mitgestaltung des Menüangebote
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung der monatlichen Inventur
- Erledigung des Bestellwesens
- Stellvertretung der Küchenchefin bei deren Abwesenheit
- Mithilfe bei der Bedienung und Beratung der Gäste im Restaurant
- Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Arbeitssicherheits
- und Hygienerichtlinien sowie

die Erledigung allgemeiner Reinigungsarbeiten
- Leidenschaft für die süditalienische Küche
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Koch (EFZ)
- Gutes Fachwissen über die süditalienische Küche sowie Berufserfahrung in der à la Carte Küche
- Freude und Leidenschaft für den Beruf
- Organsierte, speditive und saubere Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Mass an Qualitätsbewusstsein und jederzeit gästeorientiertes Handeln
- Teamarbeit bedeutet für Dich, dass Ziele gemeinsam erreicht werden
