**NOTRE ÉQUIPE CHERCHE UN RENFORT DYNAMIQUE**:
Vous considérez les nouvelles tâches comme des défis? Vous souhaitez développer et perfectionner vos compétences techniques et conceptuelles, notamment dans le domaine de l’environnement système AutoID (matériel et logiciel)?
Alors vous avez votre place dans notre équipe

Vos tâches comprennent le support de premier et deuxième niveau pour tous les systèmes/produits du secteur AutoID. Cela comprend entre autres la planification/conception et l’installation de nos solutions et produits chez nos clients mais aussi l’intégration d’appareils mobiles sous Android et l’administration de systèmes MDM (SOTI). Configuration et résolution de problématiques liées aux lecteurs codes-barres.
Vous assurez le support et le service chez nos clients, à distance ou sur site, et soutenez notre propre équipe de Professional Services et de support. Vous soutenez la vente dans le cadre des offres pour de nouveaux projets.

**_Votre Profil _**:

- _Diplôme d’ingénieur en informatique ou formation jugée équivalente _
- _Français et Anglais courant (écrit/parlé)/l’Allemand est un atout _
- _Permis de conduire catégorie B (VL) _
- _Pour vous, le service client est une vocation _
- _Connaissances générales dans les domaines suivants : Réseaux, systèmes d’exploitation Windows serveur et client _
- _Connaissances en logiciels de création d’étiquettes (Bartender, NiceLabel, Codesoft) _
- _Staging Terminaux mobiles (Android), Gestion de terminaux MDM (SOTI un plus) _
- _Capacité à créer des scénarios et réaliser des présentations de solutions logicielles _
- _Capacité à résoudre des problématiques complexes _
- _Connaissance de SAP S/4HANA est un atout _
- _Proactif, dynamique, curieux, polyvalent et autonome _
