Based in our Geneva Head Office, and part of our Germany & Central Europe team (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic) you will be joining our Human Resources Department to assist our HR Operations Manager Germany & Central Europe. Personnel Administration & Management Manage the administrative life cycle and requests of employees, including but not limited - Welcoming: Registration of data in HR system and work permit requests (through external payroll provider) - Daily administration: absence management, maternity-related formalities, insurance declarations, HR databases maintenance. - Departures: HR formalities - Ensure employee personal files and HR information systems are always kept up to date. Payroll - Support to the complete HR payroll operations each month through external payroll provider. - Support to manage and ensure accuracy of all contributions related to the social insurances, taxes and pension fund schemes. - Monthly follow up on benefits (meal allowance, grooming allowance). - Coordinate HR data with internal teams and stores on a regular basis. - Preparation and regular follow up on provisions (holidays, thirteenth month payments, bonuses). - Support to prepare the annual salary increase with bonus calculation. Budget & Reporting - Prepare dashboards (payroll fluctuation, headcounts, turnover, absence.) - Establish monthly statistical reports.
PROFIL
Working Experience & Education Requirements Educated to bachelor’s or a master’s degree level Previous work experience (internship) in a HR or Accounting role ideally Competency Requirements Strong analytical skills Comfortable with data Attention to detail Excellent organization skills Flexible Customer oriented Strong professionalism towards confidential information Languages English and French speaker is a must, German will be appreciated Technical skills Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
