- Ensure the best customer experience
- Customer loyalty management (CRM platform management)
- Daily, weekly and monthly briefing and reporting
- General store accounting
- Analysis, interpretation and sharing of KPI's and store performance
- Stock take management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years retail experience with 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor
- A positive, dynamic and energetic individual
- A strong desire to achieve results
- Exceptional people motivation and management skills
- A passion for the industry and brand
- Proficiency in English
- Additional languages beneficial
