**Production Manager Electronics at Westermo Neratec, Bubikon**

We are now searching for a Production Manager who can support us in our growth journey by managing a skilled team of ~5 persons for final assembly, testing and configuration of our high-quality products that are distributed all over the world. As Production Manager you have the overall responsibility for the planning and leading the team for sourcing, manufacturing, testing and repair of high-quality wireless products on time and in a cost-efficient way. As Process Owner 'Operations' you will lead the continuous improvement process for procurement and production and define and document the individual process steps according to ISO9001/ISO22163.

**Your responsibilities**
- Planning the material requirements and shop orders based on customer orders and sales forecasts
- Leading the day-to-day procurement and production process
- Measure and follow up on performance; on time delivery, lead times, yields, productivity and quality assurance
- Continue to improve the performance and the productivity of the operations team
- Enabling your employees to perform, grow and develop with safe and steady leadership
- Strengthening and developing the operational production processes to fulfill ISO9001 & ISO22163 (IRIS) requirements
- Actively contribute in the company management team

Our Production Manager reports to the Westermo Neratec Managing Director. Within the organization you will get support from other important functions like Sales & Orders, Quality and Production Development.

**So, who are we looking for?**

Our new Production Manager is a result-oriented leader who takes ownership and knows how to collaborate. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of leadership experience with proven good results, preferably within electronics manufacturing.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in electronics manufacturing, testing, and failure analysis
- Higher education/engineering degree in electronics or mechanics
- Proven leadership skills in a team
- Good language skills in German and English

**Meritorious**
- Previous Production Manager role
- Knowledge of quality system frameworks like ISO 9001
- passionate about continuous improvements and data driven process development
