- **Sales Assistant 100% (M/F/d) **who enjoys thinking ahead and finding solutions to potential issues before they arise. You will be responsible for administrative and coordination tasks as well as supporting our internal and external customers in a timely manner. You will be part of a supportive, diverse and responsible team which is already curious to meet you.This is a
- ** limited contract for 18 months.**

This role is based in
- **Kemptthal (Switzerland).**

**You will**:
- Be responsible for price offers, sample submissions and general product documentations and be the key general Administrative point of contact of our customers and Key Account Managers
- Provide customer support by answering questions to products in a timely manner
- Support the Key account managers and the sales Director in administrative matters within the Switzerland and Israel Sales team
- Engage with R&D technical, pricing and Regulatory functions to understand and investigate customer enquiries (typically Food & Beverage manufacturers)
- Cultivate customer relationships with clients, co-lead brief (opportunity) management systems/process, provide a superior customer experience in all touchpoints of Givaudan with our customers
- Schedule meetings and various arrangement
- Respond to customer (Internal or external) inquiries**You have**:
**+ 5 year **of practical experience in sales, marketing or customer relationship experience in food or related industry
- Experience and knowledge in the product development process in Food & Beverages is an advantage
- Affinity to food and consumer goods
- Hands-on work style, team player, nimble and proactive, ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficiency in MS Office, ideally also SAP
- Good communication skills, understands how to communicate with customers and portraying a positive image of Givaudan
- Proficient
- **English skills **(spoken and written),
- ** German fluent**- Willingness to learn and continuously improve ways of working
- Comfort in operating in a Global Matrix organization
