Duration: 6 months with potential of exention
Location: Solothurn, Switzerland
Hybrid work: 2-3 days per week onsite
- The Learning Associate manages the curricula and learning assignments for site area of responsibility while ensuring that global alignment, where appropriate.
- The Learning Associate maintains relationships with site based customers.
- They provide updates to leadership as required.
- They act as primary point of contact and maintain a deep understanding of the training program and how it applies to the site.
- They use knowledge of systems and process to address general questions regarding learning process and function.
- They perform assessments of changes requested by business and approves on behalf of learning and performs assessment of controlled documents for training impact.
- They make recommendations to address any learning gaps or change in scope of audience. Supports audit activities as needed.
