**Your contribution will be**
- Developing digital performance marketing campaigns to attract new supporters and donors
- Writing captivating newsletter stories based on factual information
- Creating ads for Google and social media campaigns to gain new supporters, including preferably creating your own visuals
- Designing and implementing marketing automations and convincing supporter journeys
- Keeping up to date on latest social media trends

**Your profile ideally illustrates**
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing: Meta and Google Ads are familiar channels for generating growth
- Skills in measuring and analysing the performance of your campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools to develop supporter journeys
- Demonstrated skills in measuring and analysing the performance of digital campaigns
- Fluent German and proficient English essential, French a distinct advantage
- You enjoy working a part of a team and are able to implement projects independently
- You are proactive, flexible and ‘always find a solution’
- Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
