- As one of the program managers of the ETH UBS Entrepreneurship Partnership you will have the opportunity to work in the core team of UBS and ETH and numerus stakeholders in creating a globally leading program for entrepreneurship and innovation. The aim is to develop and establish a broad range of activities to engage with students, investors and entrepreneurs across Switzerland.
- We are looking for a program manager with a proven track record in program management and experience in partnership- Conceptualize and lead the delivery of extracurricular learning courses for students and starting entrepreneurs in collaboration with ETH and potentially other partners
- Negotiate and align contracts and cooperation approaches with partners
- Plan and operate signature events, both virtual and in-person, including content creation, logistics, speaker management, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Engage senior stakeholders involved in learning and startup initiatives
- Drive projects to implement tools intended for community engagement and / or a learning platform
- Coordinate communications activities related to activities
- Nurture and establish tight links with the academia and ETH community and other potential partners

You will play a critical role in building up a key initiative for ETH and UBS to foster entrepreneurship in Switzerland. Due to the diverse and cross-partner nature of the team’s activities, you will have the opportunity to build a broad network of relationships that will serve as the basis for a successful career.

- The role is part of the UBS Switzerland AG team and at the core of the UBS and ETH partnership activation teams. You will spend significant time at the ETH premises, with the UBS ETH Partnership activation team. But your homebase will be in the Chief Data and Information Office and therein UBS Next team in Zurich. UBS Next is the venture and innovation unit of UBS group, playing an active role in securing the future of UBS and our clients. UBS Next continuously connects with the wider ecosystem of game-changers in this space. We make strategic investments in fintech and tech companies through our VC investment arm and execute innovation projects in our incubator. We aim to move at startup-speed within a regulated bank.

**Your expertise**
- 5+ years as a program/project manager and/ or learning expertise with an interest in innovation and entrepreneurship
- Excellence in management of events of all kinds incl. virtual formats
- Ability to combine strategic and analytic thinking with pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect people
- Familiarity with academia curriculum, planning tools, and digital event platforms
- Driven individual who is willing to learn and take up new challenges
- Highly organized, meticulous working style and orientation to detail
- Strong collaboration, people engagement and communications skills especially with teams and individuals outside the core team
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
