**Your main tasks**:

- Translate patient needs and technology solutions into a compelling patient and customer value proposition
- Run market access projects
- In collaboration with the global commercial head: define and propose the evolution of the YDC go to market strategy, including portfolio, customer, communication channels and country footprint
- Experiment innovative engagement strategies across patients, HCPs and payors to drive a competitive and productive sales growth
- Assess and develop structure and competencies, including people development, promotion, rotation, recruitment and termination
- Supervision/guidance/coaching of subordinates as well as strong transversal leadership with product areas, country commercial organizations and other internal corporate services
- Target agreement and target achievement and qualification talks with directly subordinated employees

- Foster an empowered, agile, entrepreneur culture centered around patients and customers, aligned with the corporate culture

**Your profile**:

- Preferably country management or large BU head experience in at least two markets
- Track record of launch growth and business acceleration across geographies
- Above-country leadership role, in functional or operational role
- Global marketing and global market access would be an asset
