**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Verantwortung und Sicherstellung von Betriebsabläufen im Bereich "Air Freight"
- Verantwortung der Abteilung in Zürich und Coaching des Führungsteams
- Sicherstellung des effizienten Ressourceneinsatzes in Bezug auf Mitarbeitende und Infrastruktur
- Budgetierung und Verantwortung über die Kostenstellen der Abteilung
- Gewährleistung von hoher Qualität in Bezug auf Dienstleistungen und Kundenorientierung
- Prozessoptimierungen und Mitarbeit in diversen Projekten
- Gewährleistung sämtlicher interner und externer Sicherheits
- und Umweltanforderungen, Qualitätsstandards sowie Reglemente
- Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden, Partnern und Behörden

**Deine Skills**:

- Sie verfügen über einen Berufsabschluss im technischen Bereich, sowie eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ihre Führungsqualitäten aus, sind engagiert, lösungs
- und zielorientiert und verfügen über ein hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative in einem multikulturellen und leistungsorientierten Umfeld
- Sie erkennen Veränderungspotentiale und setzen diese gekonnt um
- Im Bereich Air Freight besitzen Sie ausgeprägte Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung
- Sie besitzen eine hohe Prozess-, Dienstleistungs
- und Kundenorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Produkten und weiteren gängigen IT-Anwendungen
- Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken, eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und eine systematische Arbeitsweise
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
