Our client in the luxury industry is currently seeking an immediately available Reporting Manager to join their finance team for a 6 months assignment during the closing period.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting Management:

- Develop reporting and closing strategies for various business units in EU.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for reporting purposes.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Process Optimization:

- Evaluate existing reporting processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Implement efficient reporting workflows to streamline data collection and analysis.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Communicate key findings and trends to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand reporting needs and customize solutions accordingly.

**Profile**:

- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a reporting or analytics role.
- Fluent in English and German is an asset.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Proactive problem solver with the capacity to drive process improvements.
