**Your field of responsibility**

You will be supporting the head of Surveillance and the Surveillance teams with all matters relating to planning and facilitation. This includes preparing and leading through Surveillance key governance meetings, project, and program support. Furthermore, you will facilitate internal report creation and -provisioning and will closely collaborate with our divisional CCO COO functions.
You will be creating documentation to support the decision-making process of senior mange. Additionally, you will lead or support with the analysis of resource matters and (budget-) planning but also drive intra-group service-related alignments.

**Your future colleagues**:
You will be working with a dedicated team of professionals and collaborate with stakeholders from different divisions and regions within the area of Compliance Surveillance.

This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

**Your skills and experience**

You describe yourself as a confident self-starter with excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills. Driving topics and activities in collaboration with multiple stakeholders including senior management to a successful conclusion is what you enjoy and what motivates you. To be successful in this role, you would be equipped with the following:

- A university degree or equivalent, preferably in an area related to Business or Finance.
- You have gathered 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the regulatory or compliance domain within the financial industry [or consulting, strategy etc.].
- Project management experience, e.g. you know the project management requirements and methodologies (artefacts, governance and stakeholder management).
- A proven and consistent record of accomplishment as a business manager is a plus.
- A good understanding of risk, control and regulatory programs.
- Business proficiency in English is required; (proficient in German is a strong asset).
- Proficiency in drafting and visualizing presentations in PowerPoint; additionally, you have excellent command of other MS office products, especially in Excel.
- You are able to present and communicate efficiently and in ways appropriate to those being addressed in the interest of building up and maintaining a balanced professional network.
- You are dedicated to deliver high quality work within short timeframes and a high level of flexibility and the capabilities to work under pressure, prioritizing multiple challenging priorities and assignments.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills combined with the ability to analyze and execute activities.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
