**About the Role**
This is a client-facing role with a strong commercial focus. You will have your own portfolio of client projects to manage, bringing the full Behavioural Science proposition to clients through the pitch, proposal, and execution phase.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsibility to manage and deliver Behavioural Science consultancy and/or platform-based proposition projects end-to-end to our clients to earn fee-based income.
- Originate and drive leads through the sales funnel, including writing engagement proposals, Statements of Work, and pricing projects.
- Build relationships with Solutions Sales & Origination, the wider Risk Consulting and Analytics team, other Solution verticals, and Client and Key Account Managers.
- Create and update marketing and sales materials and help strengthen Swiss Re's thought leadership position in Behavioural Science by collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Support the EMEA lead to develop the value proposition and execute go-to-market strategy in EMEA for Behavioural Economics Consulting, including prioritizing target markets, sectors, and clients.
- Actively contribute your ideas and perspective by drawing on your experience about how we can create, develop, and incubate new behavioural science 'solutions' that can be sources of scalable, repeatable fee revenue.
**About the Team**
Swiss Re's Solutions Division is developing and managing services for Swiss Re's reinsurance clients which are predominantly insurers. This gives us the opportunity to leverage our risk knowledge to create value for our clients as well as creates new revenue streams for Swiss Re.
Our Solutions are services delivered to clients that lead to sustainable fee revenue for Swiss Re in addition to the income from our core reinsurance business. This role sits within our Risk Consulting and Analytics Division. Our BE consulting team applies the insights and learnings to insurance clients globally. Swiss Re is recognised as a leader of BE in the insurance industry.
**About You**
We are looking for an open-minded, trustworthy and enthusiastic team player who can constructively and respectfully engage in challenging conversations. To be successful, you need to have strong communication, negotiation and partnering skills. Are you at ease with leaving the comfort zone and performing under pressure? Do you consider yourself to be a "self-starter", able and willing to take initiative and implement measures in a goal-oriented manner with:
- PhD or university degree in behavioural science or related, e.g., economics, psychology, or marketing
- Confidence to speak about Behavioural science theory and case studies to clients and your passion for BE is infectious
- Previous client-facing experience, a strong commercial sense, and an eye for marketing
- Fluent English speaker, any other European languages are beneficial (ideally French) #LI-Hybrid
