Job summary

The AP/AR accountant will provide support to our 3 entities of KBI Biopharma in Europe for AR and AP processes.

Job Responsibilities
- Accounts payable

Depending on the entity:

- Enter the details of received invoices in the tracking file, enter the payments manually in the Bank portal, submit for payment approval and upload on accounting firm portal. Do the follow up with suppliers and internal partners, when necessary.
- Collect all received invoices, enter the details in the tracking file, check if the vendor exists and if not submit request for vendor creation, obtain the approval for posting /check goods receipts, post the invoices, do the payments and filing. Follow up with suppliers and internal partners. Monitor delays in Vendors creation and goods receipts / approvals.
- Accounts Receivable

Depending on the entity:

- Send the invoices to customers, monitor AR inbox, do the follow up with accounting if necessary

Job Requirements
- Knowledge of general accounting processes
- A previous AP/AR experience is a plus
- CFC in accounting is appreciated
- Advanced Excel skills
- Analytical and problem-solving competencies
- Result oriented and resilient attitude
- Fluent in English and French
