Zur Verstärkung unseres Animal Health Teams suchen wir eine/n Regulatory Affairs Manager (m/w/d, 100%)

Aufgaben
- Management der Pharmakovigilanz in der Schweiz inklusive Vorbereitung und Aktualisierung von Prozessen
- Einhaltung der regulatorischen Vorschriften und der Global Regulatory Affairs Vorgaben
- Planung und Verwaltung des Budgets für die Regulatory Affairs Aktivitäten in der Schweiz
- Verwaltung der Produktzulassungen in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmensrichtlinien, sowie mit den Besonderheiten und der Gesetzgebung in der Schweiz
- Management der LCM-Aktivitäten in Übereinstimmung mit den bestehenden Gesetzen und Richtlinien
- Interaktion mit den Geschäfts
- und Logistikfunktionen, um die Produktlieferungen unter Berücksichtigung von Umsetzungszeiten zu planen oder entsprechende präventive bzw. korrektive Massnahmen gegenüber Behörden durchzuführen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der globalen und RCV Regulatory Affairs Datenbanken
- Festlegung der Prozesse und Aktivitäten der Abteilung in Übereinstimmung mit den aktuellen Richtlinien und Gesetzen
- Verantwortlich für die Identifikation und Antizipation der Entwicklungen und Veränderungen in den Regulierungsanforderungen oder in der Organisation der Behörden (Regulatory Intelligence)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Behörden
- Verwaltung von Informationen und regulatorischen Dossiers
- Literaturscreening auf PV-Fälle aus der Schweiz
- Unterstützung bei der Freigabe der Verpackung im Lager und Versorgung mit aktuellen Packmittel

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Studium im Bereich Life Science oder ausgewiesener Tierarzt
- Erfahrungen aus einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Bereich Regulatory Affairs in der pharmazeutischen Industrie (Human oder Tier)
- Beziehungen zu Regulierungsbehörden und Swissmedic
- Erfahrung im Management von Prozessen und Personen
- Erfahrung in Pharmakovigilanz und Produktregistrierung in der Schweiz
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
- Engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Planungskompetenz und starker Ergebnisorientierung
- Fundierte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
- Teamfähig mit einer positiven Einstellung
