Am Standort Visp wird ein Manager Operating Logistics (m/w/d) gesucht.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Führung und Coaching der Ihnen unterstellten Mitarbeiter der Support Logistics Group
- Verantwortung für Materialbewegungen (chemisches Material / Verbrauchsmaterial / Abfall) im Unternehmen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Vorschriften
- Unterstützung des Produktionsteams in allen Fragen der Logistik (Rohstoffbeschaffung, Wareneingang, Lagerorganisation, Verpackung, Versand etc.)
- Verantwortung für die Kühlkette der Produkte und alle Lagerbereiche innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens, einschließlich Tageslager, Kühlcontainer, Tanklager und andere Lagerbereiche
- Eröffnung, Abschluss und Kontrolle von Prozessaufträgen (PRAUFs), Änderungsanträgen, Qualitäts-Aufträgen und Monatsabschlüssen für laufende Projekte

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- Logistikkenntnisse oder entsprechende Ausbildung sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der chemischen oder biotechnologischen Produktion unter GMP
- Verständnis von Geschäfts
- und Finanzprozessen
- Führungsqualitäten, ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Strukturierte, fokussierte und gut organisierte Arbeitsmoral
- Lösungsorientiert, offen für neue Ideen und Vorschläge
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der internen Systeme von Lonza (SAP / Trackwise / DMS / LIMS / MES)
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
