Working within a large multisite organisation, there will be a need to work and communicate with colleagues from around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Owning and resolving database related incidents and requests.
- Fulfilling requests and resolving incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Responding to database related alerts / escalations.
- Engineering solutions to recurring problems.
- Ensure Database Systems are highly available and comply with global and regional standards.
- Provide project support, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure a high level of service.
- Working with project teams to deliver key initiatives, which drive the business forward and enhance service and capabilities.

**What will you bring to the role?**

Here are the key skills we are looking for:

- Experience with Database Administration and support for Oracle.
- Experience with ODA and/or Exadata.
- Experience with Oracle 19c.
- Strong PL/SQL and SQL scripting skills.
- Strong UNIX based and Windows operating system knowledge.
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team.
