To strengthen the Sustainability division, we are looking for an experienced person at the Solothurn or Burgdorf location as

- Solothurn- , Burgdorf- | HybridSupport us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

**Your main tasks**:

- Initiating, planning, and implementing sustainability initiatives and projects in close coordination with the various internal departments and through cooperation with our customers, suppliers and other partners
- Expanding our sustainability communication and training program Sustainability Academy, for employees and suppliers
- Driving sustainability communication and reporting for external interest groups (ESG, Sustainability Reporting, GRI, CDP, TCFD)
- Supporting our Ypsomed NetZero Program for the short
- and long-term reduction of our greenhouse gas emissions, including the annual assessment of our Corporate Carbon Footprint and our commitments to SBTi
- Further development of our company-wide sustainability strategy and targets
- Monitoring the sustainability-relevant data of the Ypsomed Group for reviewing our progress and target achievement

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed studies in the technical, scientific or economic field
- Several years of experience in the field of environment and sustainability
- Confident appearance as well as competent and diplomatic communication skills
- Clear and convincing communication in English, good command in German
