**Your responsibility
- Provide administrative assistance to our claims managers, administer small claims, and manage information according to pre-determined processes
- Good knowledge of usual key technologies and software sufficiently to be able to provide support to team members as needed
- Maintaining record database
**Your qualification
- Administrative experience within the insurance industry
- Experience within a claims department highly preferred
- High level of proficiency in MS office with emphasis in Word and Excel
- Necessary skills include: strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written (basic knowledge of German is an advantage); excellent interpersonal skills; organizational skills; attention to detail; and maintain confidentiality
