**Your Tasks**
- Provide the mise en place for lunch and dinner service
- Produce Sushi Rolls
- Independent preparation of specials and dishes of the day
- General cleaning work
- Adherence to the hygiene concept according to HACCP

**Your proflie**
- At least 2 years of experience in the preparation of sushi (sushi training an advantage)
- Good command of English and intermediate German
- Clean, efficient and precise way of working

Das Nooch Asian Kitchen ist eines der ältesten Food-Konzepte der Familie Wiesner und bringt seit über 15 Jahren die asiatische Strassenküche in die Schweiz. Das Nooch Asian Kitchen am Richtiplatz in Wallisellen ist eines der grösseren Restaurants der Familie Wiesner. Die rund 150 Sitzplätze bieten unseren Gästen einen gemütlichen Raum für Business Lunches oder Dinner mit Freunden oder Familie. Das Team vor Ort kümmert sich zusätzlich um Take-Away
- und Delivery-Bestellungen.
