We are seeking

6-7 enthusiastic, and dedicated Leadership Mentors (Teachers) to join our team at friLeadership Summer Camp from July 24th to August 13th, 2023. This leadership camp is like no other, with 60 participants from Dubai aged 14 to 21 coming to Switzerland for two weeks of immersive learning and exploration. The program is packed with workshops on design thinking, entrepreneurship, and leadership, as well as excursions to top destinations in Switzerland. Your goal is to create a fun and engaging learning environment that fosters personal growth and leadership development for future leaders. This is a rare opportunity for passionate entrepreneurs to transfer knowledge and immerse themselves in UAE culture.

Tasks

Your responsibilities as a Teacher at Frileadership Summer Camp
- Teach and facilitate 5 Design thinking skills workshops and 5-6 Teambuilding & Leadership Activities to a class of 8-10 students, utilizing various teaching methods and techniques and teaching support provided
- Complete daily assessments and journals for participants based on the module and according to our camp curriculum and educational goals
- Join weekly excursions and supervise your classrooms
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages personal growth and leadership development
- Provide feedback and evaluation to campers to promote their progress and success
- Help prepare, animate, and participate in activities according to our program
- Participate in daily camp activities and duties, such as meals and supervision.

**Requirements**:
**Must have**:

- Eligibility to work in Switzerland and availability from July 24 to August 13, 2023, with the first week as part of onboarding
- Fluent spoken English and good writing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Education, or a related field
- Experience using Design Thinking methodology or a good understanding of the methodic
- Experience in Leadership and Teambuilding, and entrepreneurship experience or leading experience is a plus
- Teaching experience with children aged 14-21 preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver engaging and educational lessons
- Ability to lead and engage students in extracurricular activities
- Structured, reliable, and punctual personality

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of the French language
- Good knowledge of the Vaud region in Switzerland
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience working in leadership, Design Thinking, or entrepreneurship program
- Knowledge of the UAE culture and language
- Experience working with international students
