We are looking for a motivated **Projects and Change Manager** to join our Group Assurance Department. We offer a unique insight into Glencore’s worldwide business. Glencore’s Group Assurance Department applies innovative practices to provide assurance and advisory services to the company’s stakeholders. We will also fully support you in your professional development.

**Responsibilities**
- Determine and define project scope and objectives, and work with the team in obtaining and documenting business requirements
- Evaluate the impact of planned changes, identify risks, and develop risk mitigation
- Determine resources needed to achieve objectives and manage them in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Support with user acceptance testing
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these, and identify areas for improvement
- Perform and co-ordinate change management strategies and activities as part of change initiative lifecycles such as communication, roll-out, and training
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change
- Coaching managers and supervisors to improve implementation communication
- 5+ years’ experience as a Change Manager, managing end to end change
- Are educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A problem-solver with attention to detail
- Effective facilitation and influencing skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in working in project teams and implementing a change program of work
- In depth change management experience using a variety of change management methodologies
