Your mission

What do you picture when you hear words like "Sales Genius" and "Revenue Wizard"?

We envision you as a sales genius who is skilled at creating compelling conversations and has the finesse to make even the most difficult sales pitch seem effortless. The term also conveys the image of someone who is charismatic, knowledgeable, and able to build relationships to successfully close deals.

We are also hunting for a revenue wizard. You should have the magical ability to conjure up profits and generate revenue through your knowledge. It adds an element of intrigue and highlights your ability to turn leads into tangible financial results.

As a
SALES GENIUS
you will be responsible for building our client foundation, reporting to the Country Head CH.
- Develop and maintain relationships with car dealers across the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Travel to various locations to meet with prospective clients and develop long-term business relationships
- Educate customers on the benefits and processes of automotive leasing
- Support the further development of all sales processes
- Communicate effectively in (Swiss) German to ensure a seamless and professional interaction with clients and partners
- Collaborate with the Sales, BizDev and Ops team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of LeaseTeq AG

**Profile**:

- You have a genuine interest in cars and a strong understanding of the leasing industry (previous experience in a sales-related role in the automotive industry is a strong advantage)?
- You have an in-depth knowledge of leasing processes and best practices?
- You are willing to travel extensively in German-speaking part of Switzerland?
- Your are fluent in (Swiss) German and proficient in both German and English (additional proficiency in French and Italian is considered a strong asset)?
