The HR Business Partner will have a mission to support the business through organisational development, cultural and process-oriented perspectives, administer talent management and succession planning activities, and support the execution of all HR-related programmes within NTT Switzerland.

**Working at NTT**

**In this role, you will**:

- Provide advanced HR support and guidance to employees, managers, and HR team members.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Handle and resolve complex employee relations issues, collaborating with HR stakeholders and HR leadership as needed.
- Support the performance management process, including goal-setting and performance reviews.
- Support the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, providing guidance to the leadership team and employees.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present HR reports and data analysis to HR and business leaders.
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with the HR community and other departments.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and action plans to improve workplace satisfaction and productivity.
- Identify high-potential employees, assist in succession planning, and recommend talent development strategies.
- Assist in managing organisational change initiatives and communication with employees.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand business units' HR needs within Switzerland and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize HR technology systems and tools to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers across all levels for the Swiss business.
- Ensure both HR and business managers have the information they need related to running the talent aspects of their organisations.
- Identify opportunities to familiarize managers with HR Technology, e.g. Workday self
- service tools and reporting.

**This role is perfect for you, if you**:

- Understanding of HR functions, processes, systems, software for data management, administration and best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations and awareness of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure compliance.
- Knowledge of performance appraisal processes and performance improvement techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders across all levels.
- Ability to analyse HR-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Thoroughness in handling HR documentation and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Collaboration with HR colleagues and business partners to achieve common goals.
- Efficiently manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- A focus on providing quality HR support and service to employees.
- Willingness to adapt to changes and embrace new HR initiatives.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
- Upholding ethical standards in all HR practices and decision-making.
- Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
- 2 years’ experience working as an HR Business Partner (or similar) in a global organisation.
- Ability to work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at different levels in the business.
- Knowledge and understanding of current HR Talent Management practices, including Learning and Development, Recruitment and Engagement.
- Knowledge of HR technologies including some experience in HRIS, LMS, e-Recruitment and Payroll systems.
