**Raising Concerns Programme Manager - Corporate Investigator**

The Raising Concerns Programme is a corporate programme run from Switzerland that is responsible for handling and investigating concerns related to our business. We take all concerns seriously and handle them promptly, using an objective, fact-based approach.
- In support of our Programme, we are looking for a motivated Raising Concerns Programme Manager to join our team in the legal department at our headquarters in Baar. The position offers you the opportunity to interact with a wide range of stakeholders in one of the world’s largest producers and marketers of commodities and play a vital role in the implementation of the Programme.- **The main tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Triage of concerns raised to the Programme, including intake of new concerns and analysis of review findings
- Collaborating and consulting with case owners and investigators on scope, process, timing and results of investigations into concerns raised to the Programme
- Conducting fact-finding/internal investigations in relation to Business Integrity matters, including Market Conduct
- Handling of communication with reporters
- Tracking and updating of concerns raised to the Programme
- Recommendation, oversight and tracking of remedial actions
- Analysis of data and preparation of reports in relation to the Programme, including to senior management and the Board of Directors
- Implementing further development of the Programme, including oversight of documentation and (control) inventories in relation to framework aspects
- Excels in collaboration while maintaining an adaptive and self-guided approach to work and demonstrating a willingness to adjust to various work situations
- Displays a distinct ability for in-depth analysis and effective communication, including in drafting of reports, supported by a systematic and well-structured work methodology
- Displays a high degree of diligence and is able to handle sensitive and confidential information

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- A sound educational background (advanced degree)
- At least five years of working experience, ideally in a Legal or Audit setting and a proven track record in conducting internal investigations in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, while proficiency in other languages such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese is viewed as an asset
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) and advanced PowerPoint skills are viewed as an asset#JD-LI
