Amnis is a Zurich-based growth-stage FinTech with the aim of simplifying international banking transactions for small and medium-sized enterprises. Our online platform enables SMEs to process global payments and foreign exchange transactions easily, quickly and cost-effectively.

To achieve our ambitious target, we are looking for a growth hacker with a creative non-traditional marketing approach.

Tasks
- CRM administration. This includes building crm automations, creating reports & optimizing the structure
- Extending and optimizing marketing automation (E-Mail & chatbot automations)
- Identifying new lead sources (B2B databases, communities, events, affiliates & partners) & exploring new growth ideas
- Analyze data and user feedback
- Exchange ideas to optimize the customer experience with other departments such as sales, product development, and management
- Manage daily marketing operations
- Support the content managers in the planning of landing pages and other content

**Requirements**:

- You have already gained some experience in online marketing.
- You have a high affinity for IT & analytics
- CRM knowledge (Salesforce CRM of great advantage)
- WordPress knowledge of advantage
- Ideally, you have experience in the B2B sector and/or in the finance or IT/SaaS industry
- Strong hands-on personality & entrepreneurial mindset. Motivated to always find new opportunities to optimize existing processes
- Very independent & structured way of working
- You have the ability to coordinate several projects at the same time
- Good communication skills in German and English (other languages an advantage)
