KIDAN is an established Swiss-based international IT consultancy firm that end-to-end IT solutions and services to over 500 organizations, empowering them to manage and secure their IT infrastructure effectively. As part of our continued growth and expansion, we're currently seeking a creative, driven, and resourceful Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team.

Vos missions

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and design visually compelling marketing materials to effectively convey our brand and service offerings using tools, such as Canva.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, coordinating on marketing initiatives and partner events.
- Formulate and execute strategic marketing plans in alignment with our business goals, identifying target audiences and potential business opportunities.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage corporate events, ensuring they reflect our brand image and meet our marketing objectives.
- Write, edit, and oversee the publication of insightful blog articles that highlight our expertise and services.
- Establish and foster productive B2B relationships to enhance our brand visibility and business growth.
- Develop, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on various platforms, optimizing for performance and lead generation.
- Oversee our social media profiles, creating engaging content, managing interactions, and promoting our services to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.

Vos compétences

**Requirements**:

- Swiss residence
- 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, particularly in the tech or IT sectors
- Proficient in English and French
- German and Italian are strong points
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in event planning and management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
