To reinforce the Sport department within the PR team at our headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a

**SPORT EVENTS PROJECT LEADER**

**Sport Events management**:

- Support the execution of the Global Sport Events strategy.
- Lead Sport Events projects from the pre-event, to post event phase.
- Support with the external communication and alignment with event providers, agencies, and federations.
- Manage the communication with markets involved with Sport Events.
- Manage the internal communication and alignment with key HQ departments with all information related to Sport Events.
- On ground project leader during Events to ensure the perfect execution of the activations plans.
- Hospitality management.
- Coordinate with the Athletes manager the Athletes attendance.
- Branding and logistics management.
- Sport Events budget management.
- Reporting management.

**Profile**:
Besides your fun, positive and creative personality, you are an Action Sports enthusiast, active and aware of the latest trends in Sports and lifestyle environments. You are a multitasker, work with precision and have the ability to work independently. Travelling for events, even during weekends; you demonstrate a charismatic, passionate, open-minded and team player attitude.

**Professional requirements**:
You bring a degree in marketing combined with a focus in Sport and lifestyle, with at least 2 to 5 years.
You possess a strong ability to manage projects involving different marketing departments.
You are an event expert, with prior experience in Sports events organization.

**Languages**:
In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English, German and/or French is a plus.
