**About the job**:

- eCommerce performance management: establishing and continuously developing weekly trade meeting, weekly reporting and monthly reporting (delivered by the Hub)
- Quarterly forecasting: planning eCommerce nets sales and central cost positions by building a driver-based forecasting model
- Overseeing monthly closing
- Facilitating quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders from e-Commerce
- Annual update of driver-based business case model, identifying risks and opportunities against initial targets
- Business casing: support ad hoc business cases with significant P&L impact
- Ensuring transparency and accountability through performance management of significant eCom investments e.g., IT, projects, performance marketing etc.
- Ad hoc analyses: proactively identifying and analyzing business risks and opportunities and making recommendations to e-Com stakeholders
- Supporting Cluster Controllers in planning and analyzing online performance
- Ad hoc Management Board updates: provide key insights and recommendations based on request e.g. offline to online shifts/cannibalization, 3-year projections, trend analyses etc.

**About you**
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- University degree/ Education, preferably in finance, economics, business administration or similar
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in controlling within an international setting, preferably within retail sector
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to independently work with senior stakeholders
- Capability to provide simple overviews of complex problems and a commercial mindset
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
