Aspire Tester

**Project**:
For our customer, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for an ASPIRE Tester & Trainer for EWM MRO (M/F/d).

**Background**:
We need support for the deployment of the global SAP project ASPIRE for the conversion to SAP S/4HANA. Your main task within the ASPIRE project is the coordination and implementation of tests in the area of SAP eWM.

**Tasks & responsibilities**:
**Function 1: Senior Tester MRO KAU**:

- Preparation and creation of test cases for EWM MRO KAU
- Execution and documentation of tests during dry run / DET1 / DET2
- Reporting defects in SolMan
- Creation and review of local and global training material.
- Conducting end user training.

**Function 2: “PMO” for cross-workstream test coordination**:

- Ensuring a coordinated test schedule between ASPIRE and LAL
- Coordinating test resources (the same testers are responsible for all business tests at ASPIRE and LAL)
- Supporting test leads in tracking

**Must Haves**:

- Completed technical (EMSR) training, technician or university of applied sciences degree
- Min. 3-5 years of professional experience in the following areas:

- Experience in testing
- Experience in EWM
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
- Experience as a PMO
- Experience in dealing with matrix environments
- Fluent German (MUST) and written and spoken English
- Skills for conveying content
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, ability to think in a networked manner
- Very good analytical skills
- Very good organizational skills
- Assertiveness
