**IMPIEGATO/A UFFICIO CONTABILITA’ a tempo parziale (50-60%)**

**_Si richiede_**

Diploma e/o laurea indirizzo economico-amministrativo
Esperienza nell’ambito contabile amministrativo
Buona conoscenza della contabilità e del bilancio
Madrelingua italiana con buone conoscenze dell’inglese
Dimestichezza nell’utilizzo dei sistemi informatici, soprattutto strumenti di elaborazione dati (Excel)
Autonomia, serietà, precisione, senso di responsabilità e capacità di lavorare in team

**_Mansioni_**

Attività area contabile (gestione contabile/amministrativa del ciclo di fatturazione attiva e passiva, predisposizione modulistica per adempimenti fiscali, riconciliazioni mensili, intrastat, etc)
Attività area di gestione (predisposizione documentazione relativa al rapporto di lavoro e/o comunicazioni formalmente previste dalla normativa vigente, controllo e verifica di dati ed elaborazioni, gestione dell’archivio informatico e cartaceo inerente il personale dipendente, gestione dei report e statistiche, etc.)
