**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du bewertest Lieferanten und führst Nachhaltigkeitsaudits durch, um sicherzustellen, dass die Anforderungen an soziale und ökologische Standards gerecht werden.
- Du identifizierst Möglichkeiten zur Reduzierung der Umweltauswirkungen und zur Förderung sozialer Verantwortung entlang der Lieferkette.
- Du arbeitest mit internen Teams zusammen, um nachhaltige Beschaffungspraktiken zu fördern und zu integrieren.
- Du führst Schulungen und Workshops für Mitarbeiter:innen durch, um das Bewusstsein für nachhaltige Beschaffung zu schärfen und Kenntnisse zu vermitteln.
- Du überwachst und berichtest über die Leistung der Lieferanten in Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeitsziele und -standards.
- Du erforschst neue Trends und Entwicklungen im Bereich nachhaltige Beschaffung und integrierst relevante Best Practices

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast eine Weiterbildung in einem relevanten Fachbereich absolviert (z. B. Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Umweltwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre o.ä.).
- Du verfügst über nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Beschaffungsstrategien.
- Du besitzt ein fundiertes Verständnis von Nachhaltigkeitskonzepten und -praktiken entlang der Lieferkette.
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse über einschlägige nationale und internationale Umwelt
- und Sozialstandards (zB ISO 14001, ISO 26000).
- Du verfügst über starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren und Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Du arbeitest teamorientiert und kannst effektiv mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammenarbeiten.
- Du zeigst hohe Eigeninitiative und kannst eigenständig Projekte planen und umsetzen.
