**Your field of responsibility**

As a senior member of our Corporate Development team, based in Zurich and New York, you drive key strategic and M&A initiatives of Credit Suisse Group. You manage non-organic growth initiatives and M&A transactions as principal on the sell and buy side. Your responsibilities include among others driving cross-border transactions front-to-back with key responsibilities over deal negotiations, due diligence and financial modelling. Within our international team based in Zurich and New York you will have the opportunity to shape the long-term strategic direction of the Group and contribute in solving cross-divisional problems as an advisor to senior divisional and group stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to directly interact with Credit Suisse Group top management in New York and Zurich and gain international exposure through our globally staffed teams across Asset Management, Private and Retail Banking as well as Investment Banking.

You join our Corporate Development in Zurich or New York and you will work with our highly motivated and diverse team, representing more than 10 different nationalities. You will learn from a wide range of professional backgrounds of our senior team members and work closely day-to-day with your project teams in cross functional as well as international settings covering all divisions of the bank.

**Your skills and experience**

We are looking for a highly motivated team player that offers:

- 6-10 years of relevant experience within Corporate Development, Investment Banking M&A, Private Equity or management consulting
- Deep knowledge of the financial services industry and fundamentals, including bank capital
- Experience in executing complex cross-border and cross-divisional M&A or strategy projects
- Rigorous and proven quantitative skills including strong know-how in modeling, analysis, valuation and accounting principles
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build up solid working relationships when collaborating with senior management and key stakeholders in the bank as well as outside
- Sound business judgement and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate large and diverse teams
- An ability to work as a team player and proactively create value for the team
- A desire to work in a high-energy environment with a dedicated commitment to excellence
- Highly motivated and proactive attitude
- Fluency in English. German or Spanish is not required, but would be an add-on
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
