Für unser Team Customer Experience & Market Intelligence suchen wir am Standort in Ostermundigen eine analytische und dynamische Persönlichkeit als Customer Experience & Market Intelligence Manager 80-100% (m/w/d).

Zuständigkeiten
- Gewinnung und Analyse von Informationen über unsere Kunden während dem gesamten Life Cycle
- Vollständige Durchführung von quantitativen Kundenbefragungen und Auswertung bzw. Übertragung der Ergebnisse mit Handlungsempfehlungen in der Organisation
- Laufendes Monitoring und Analyse der Customer Experience, sowie proaktive Ergreifung von Initiativen für die Optimierung der Kundenerfahrung
- Weiterentwicklung einer Voice-of-Customer-Lösung für Moments of Truth
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Vermarktungs
- und Produkteinheiten
- Unternehmensinterner Ambassador für Kundenzentrierung

Obligatorische Anforderungen
- Analytisches, vernetztes und kreatives Denken, gepaart mit einer offenen und neugierigen Persönlichkeit, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie guten Kommunikationskompetenzen
- Sie bringen einen Fachausweis im Bereich Marketing, Vertrieb oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Universität/FH) in Betriebswirtschaft bzw. einem der genannten Bereiche mit
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der quantitativen Marktforschung (in Unternehmen oder Instituten)
- Erfahrung in qualitativer Marktforschung ist ein Vorteil
- Kompetenzen in Daten-Analyse, (z.B. Excel, Pivot) sowie Kenntnisse in Tools wie Survalyzer und Caplena ergänzen Ihr Profil ideal
- Sie sprechen Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, verstehen Schweizerdeutsch und haben gute mündliche Französisch-Kenntnisse
