For our SPR & Ligand Binding team, we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to temporarily
join us for an

**Internship in SPR & Ligand Binding (100% temporary for 6 months)
In this position, we offer insights into the aspects of discovery and characterization of biotherapeutics in a

dynamic team within the pharmaceutical industry. You will be working on the design, development and testing

of assays (_e.g._ SPR, ELISA) for the characterization of binding properties of innovative antibody based

therapeutics.

**Your responsibilities**
- Determine binding affinities and kinetics (_e.g._ SPR) of antibodies, antibody fragments and multi-specific

antibody-based proteins to their targets
- Develop assays to measure binding affinity and kinetics (SPR and ELISA)
- Organize and report your data in written and oral presentations at different levels

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is keen in developing and learning new techniques, and who

has a very accurate working style.

**Your profile should ideally include**:

- Apprenticeship as laboratory technician, and/or BSc/MSc, in biology or related fields
- Highly motivated in learning new techniques and improving scientific skills
- Highly accurate and team-oriented working style paired with a high sense of quality and the ability to

work independently on diverse challenges
- Hands-on experience in handling analytical protein samples or conducting SPR-based kinetic

measurements will be considered as beneficial
- Experience with the characterization of proteins in ELISA is beneficial
- Good computer (Windows, MS Office) and communication skills
- Sound oral and written English
