Automation Projects Support

Hobson Prior are currently looking for an Automation Projects Support to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Bern. Our client is focused on creating healthier societies.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- For this position, you will assist with change control production and tracking of outlines activity items.
- To guarantee that alterations to the systems, protocols, processes and formulas are suitably handles that resulting influence on gear / computerised systems commissioning and qualification procedure are evaluated and solved, you will aid in contributing towards it.
- Manage compilation of costs for CAPEX implementation such as vendor quotations, as well as workload estimation on an internal basis.
- Support the Senior Engineer in Capex projects such as conducting technical work, offering engineering and design services, and/or evolve notions, designs and specifics.
- Handle of all orders linked to a project such as distribution, delays, receipts, feedback, etc.
- Plan, evaluate, and sanction technical and GMP connected documents such as US, FMEW, impact/risk assessment, etc. regarding CSV for new systems, cooperating with associates on an internal and external level.

- Able to learn swiftly with the capacity to display practical mindset.
- Communication abilities.
**Requirements**:
- Educated to a degree level in a technical or natural science discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience operating in a pertinent role.
- Pharmaceutical organisation and GMP experience.
- Knowledge of CSV needs rendering to FDA 21CFR Part11/EU GMP Annex11 guidelines as well as ISPE GAMP5 regulations.
- Comprehension of the function of gear as well as of the offers and requirements of the divisions such as Qualification, Engineering, Production, etc.
- Computer literacy in numerous IT tools, systems, MS, etc.
- Fluency in the English and German languages.
- Comprehension of finance and cost control would be advantageous.
