**Job Title: Product Complaint Associate**

**Main Responsibilities**: Reporting to the Product Complaint lead, your main responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with the Quality System team and collaborating with the product quality complaints lead and Head of Quality System on daily operations.
- Managing investigations of product quality complaints by coordinating with relevant groups to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.
- Supporting the management of the Documentation System.
- Identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement in the Quality Management System (QMS) and contributing to their remediation and implementation.
- Collaborating with various functions within the company (Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, etc.) to ensure compliance with internal Quality Standards/Policies and legislative requirements.
- Managing deviations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) as needed to support the complaint process.
- Assisting in inspection preparation, self-inspection, and managing inspection outcomes.

**Your Profile**: To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in pharmaceuticals, science, or a related field.
- Previous 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) with a focus on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), preferably including experience in the Product Complaint process.
- Experience with the management of Quality Management Systems (QMS), particularly electronic QMS (eQMS), is desirable.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
- An independent, reliable, and communicative personality with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (written and oral), with knowledge of German considered an advantage.
