Batch Operator

**Batch Operator - External Consultant until December 2023**:
**Description**:
Group COO is a vast and key division of the Bank, headed up by the group Chief Operating Officer, covering several departments supporting the client facing teams. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and reliably. The division comprises Operations, Finance, Credit Structuring and Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, General Services (real estate, travel and logistics), Security and Data Governance as well as Change Management & Controls. All department heads report into the group COO.

**Mission**:
Ensure the Information System stability and ensure escalation and incident qualification; control documentation and the required updates;
**Challenges**:
**Main responsibilities**:
Use main monitoring console and subsequent tools

Coordinate all batches activities to ensure the best quality and ensure timings (Production, UAT, Tests, DEV,)

Adapt documented instructions based on events and business impacts, and ensure an updated documentation

Ensure documentation is applied and actions made are in sync with the business constraints

Raise and qualify incidents based on events identified and business impacts

Actively contribute to incident resolution

Proactively Interact with the Incident Manager

Participate and support test efforts

Communicate transparently issues and improvements required for this position

Interact and follow instructions defined by the Operating Pilot

Interact with HelpDesk (L1) and L2 / L3 teams.

**Education**:

- Education: High School/ Maturité / Baccalauréat
- Technical skills: BMC CONTROL-M
- IT Tools: Unix / AiX / Solaris

**Experience**:

- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required: Assist in defining or enhancing recovery procedures incidents.
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory

**Language**:

- English: Fluent
- French: Fluent

**Personal skills**:

- Swiss resident: Mandatory

Able to work in shift planning in autonomous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills English is a must Ability to work independently
