WHAT WE OFFER:

- 18 months global training in
- **3 different Lindt & Sprüngli affiliates **to gain holistic Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) experience from global to local market roles.
- Global D2C department (6 months) - Headquarter in Kilchberg, Switzerland
- Two Lindt & Sprüngli markets (2x6 months) - International location, to be confirmed

The 6 months experience in our headquarter in Kilchberg, Switzerland, will give you the opportunity to passionately translate the Lindt brand equity into a distinctive omni-channel experience globally. As part of the global team you will be shaping the present and future of our 500 Lindt Shops and over 20 Online Shops worldwide. You will support the global team in enabling profitable growth by sharing strategic vision and actionable guidance as well as facilitate a close entrepreneurial collaboration with the local markets.
- The remaining 12 months you will spend in 2 of our subsidiaries, where you will actively contribute to the implementation of our global strategy locally. You will work for different D2C channels (Retail eShop, B2B or new Direct-to-Consumer channels) where you will gain a broad experience in all relevant growth pillars of the D2C department: Go to market (Channel-mix, Portfolio), Customer Engagement, Operations and Organization. You will gain a deep understanding of what it takes to run a D2C business and strive for excellent execution on a daily basis to bring chocolate smiles to our customers.DURING THE PROGRAM YOU WILL GAIN VALUABLE EXPERIENCE IN:

- Enabling profitable Brand staging in D2C channels (physical Lindt Shops, Online Shops, B2B Business or new Direct-to-Consumer channels).
- Gaining a deep understanding on how to run a successful D2C business of a global brand by working on all growth pillars of our operating model: Go to market (Channel-mix, Portfolio), Customer Engagement (Activation, VM, CRM), Operations and Organization.
- Strategy development with the global and local team and bringing it to live by actively contributing in the daily business in a subsidiary with an hands-on approach.
- Working for a world-renowned company, with premium quality products in a very interesting, growing industry
- Taking responsibility and ownership for your own projects.
- Personal and professional development through internal training and close guidance and support from a mentor

Upon successful completion of the program, we aim to offer a job in one of our D2C departments within the Lindt & Sprüngli Group.WHAT YOU CAN OFFER
