**Role + Responsibilities**:

- You lead strategic Lean projects and initiatives in our product centers in Suzhou (CN), Aurangabad (IN), Greenwood (US), Itatiba (BR), Cernay (FR) and Reinach (CH)
- You help to implement a Lean Management culture in our Global Operations Network
- You deploy, align and track Lean Management measures and tools as well as Lean related topics in our networks
- You enable, support and coach employees, project leaders and line managers in your function as Lean Trainer
- You participate in external networks to recognize and define trends and new methods for Endress+Hauser Flow

**Qualification + Profile**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management or equivalent
- Additional education such as Lean Six Sigma (preferably Black Belt certificate) / Lean trainer or within Change Management
- Proven track record of Lean Management in an international production environment
- Enthusiastic personality with inclusive leadership and communication skills and the ability to effectively interface to multiple audiences
- Willingness to travel (up to 30 %)
- Excellent English skills (C1), German skills are a plus
