Operational Risk Manager Finance

**About the Role**
Take a responsibility for steering Group Finance on efficient process and control design, particularly in relation to a dynamically changing environment, including the implementation of IFRS for Group Reporting. Moreover, you will be collaborating with Governance colleagues to ensure first line ownership of risk identification, assessment and mitigation.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Lead or participate in risk reviews, jointly with other risk managers, in areas of significant risk exposure
- Discuss and review issues and operational events raised by business colleagues, ensuring clear and timely reporting
- Support the wider Risk Management Division in implementing and maintaining an effective control environment in line with established Group methodologies
- Contribute to management reports to highlight material risk exposures and behaviours, together with details of operational losses
- Operate within the three lines of defense governance model to ensure allocation of clear responsibilities for the management of operational risk
**About the Team**
In the Group Functions Risk Management team we supervise, analyse and report on operational risks in Group Finance. We ensure that our business partners identify key risks and implement controls that reduce the risk of major incidents impacting the organisation.

You are an excellent communicator with influencing skills and ability to prioritise multiple topics simultaneously. You enjoy establishing and maintaining networks with senior management as well as with your peers. You are keen to share knowledge and experience within and across team and other risk management functions.
