**Position**:
**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

Reporting directly to the Global Procurement & Sourcing Senior Director, the Testing Compliance Manager will collaborate with the PDs, Quality, and Sourcing offices to test the quality and colors of row materials to meet established standards.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide lab testing technical support in accordance with the requests of the Corporate Compliance Manuals
- Analyse Company’s requirements for leather, synthetic materials, and trims
- Closely monitor the color of bulk materials and troubleshoot problems
- Colors and quality approvals
- Provide the update of Company protocol testing manuals

**Requirements**:
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Education preferably in têxtiles, chemical or business-related disciplines, or equivalent work experience
- At least 5/8 years’ experience in the same role and field
- Based on his/her level of expertise in the part, he/she will perform advanced and high-level tasks on the daily work activities, providing support and consulting to the junior colleagues
- Good knowledge of fabric, leather, and synthetic materials
- Technical understanding of material compositions
- Critical thinker, rigorous and well organized
- Self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines, and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
- Strong management and problem-solving skills, in addition to excellent marketing sense
- Good judgment, proven responsibility, and strong analytical skills
- Capability to work under strict, short deadlines
- General knowledge of Guess product offer across different lines will be considered a plus
- Working on cross-functional and multi-national teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external customers
- Travel availability
- Fluent English. Any other language will be considered a plus
- Proficient with MS Office programs
