Depuis sa création par les frères Clemens et August en 1841, C&A a été un précurseur dans la mode. En Suisse, C&A est représentée par plus de 90 magasins et emploie plus de 1’300 personnes.

**Pour notre équipe à Lancy Centre, nous recherchons une Store Leader Assistant (f/m/d) pour un contrat indéterminé à 80%-100%. Entrée de suite ou à convenir.**

**Tes responsabilités**
- Contact proactif avec les clients
- Conseil professionnel
- Assurer une présentation soignée du magasin
- Remplacement du responsable de magasin
- Ambassadeur de notre marque

**Ton profil**
- Passion pour la mode et les gens
- Flexible en matière de jours et 'horaires de travail
- Très bonne capacité de communication
- Personnalité autonome et capable de travaille en équipe
- Première expérience de gestion du personnel en tant qu'adjoint souhaitée
- Expérience de vente dans le secteur de la mode un atout
- Casier judiciaire vierge
