Audemars Piguet est la plus ancienne manufacture horlogère toujours aux mains de ses familles fondatrices. Implantée au Brassus depuis 1875, l’entreprise a écrit certains des plus beaux chapitres de l’histoire de la Haute Horlogerie, incluant plusieurs premières mondiales. **Team Leader Procurement**
**Mission**
Vos missions principales seront le pilotage opérationnel d’un pôle approvisionnement (équipe d’approvisionneurs, fournisseurs et clients internes), le suivi des différents KPI et la mise en place de plan d’actions, l'amélioration continue des processus déjà existants ainsi que la gestion de divers projets liés à la chaine d'approvisionnement du pôle.
Dans ce cadre-là:
- Vous aurez pour responsabilité la gestion et l’accompagnement opérationnelle des équipes déjà en place avec pour objectifs l’atteinte des résultats attendus.
- Vous vous déplacerez régulièrement chez les fournisseurs pour gérer les priorités, anticiper les besoins, définir le prévisionnel à moyen terme (18/24mois) et gérer l’adéquation charge/capacité.
- Vous assurez l’interface avec les départements (clients internes) afin d’apporter la visibilité sur nos composants à court et moyen terme.
- Vous coordonnerez les activités fonctionnelles liées à la chaine d’approvisionnement.
- Vous effectuerez des diagnostics afin d’identifier les problématiques et les opportunités d’amélioration des processus.
- Vous proposerez des plans d’amélioration, supporterez les stratégies de transformation, les pratiques et les processus d’approvisionnement afin d’en assurer l’évolution.
- Vous analyserez les différents processus de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et assurez un suivi en continu.
- Vous agirez comme agent de transformation en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les autres parties prenantes internes dans le déploiement de projets et initiatives identifiées aux approvisionnements.
**Experience**
- Titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience de 5 ans dans un poste similaire et êtes parfaitement à l’aise en informatique (ERP, MS Office, Cognos, PowerBi, etc).
- Autonome et rigoureux, vous avez le sens des responsabilités.
- Organisé et proactif, vous aimez le travail en équipe et être reconnu pour votre aisance relationnelle.
- De langue maternelle française, de bonnes connaissances en Anglais sont un plus.
