Postdoctoral Fellow Implementation Science

**Your position**
- Plan, coordinate and carry out different stages of an implementation science research project (hybrid III cluster-randomized trial with process evaluation)
- Develop, initiate and monitor data collection, analyze both quantitative and qualitative data
- Disseminate research results through presentations at conferences and publications in peer reviewed journals
- Supervise and support PhD and Master students
- Participate in teaching activities of the Master in Nursing Science curriculum

**Your profile**
- PhD or equivalent degree in nursing science, implementation science, health services research, public health, health economics, behavioral science or a related field
- Sound methodological skills with experience in implementation science, both qualitative and quantitative approaches and knowledge of statistical analysis software such as R or STATA
- Experience in long-term care research is highly recommended
- Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication, and ability to work successfully in an interprofessional team
- Highly motivated to take a leadership role in a growing research group
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and support graduate students
- Fluent in English, working proficiency in German or intention to learn
