**What it's about**

You will be part of the European Product Management team with the following responsibilities:

- Takes full ownership of the lifecycle of assigned products
- Ensures timely and seamless launch of funds, restructurings and winddowns in close collaboration with sales, structuring, operational teams and external service providers
- Has a clear understanding of private markets, fund structures as well as processes, roles, systems and responsibilities across the firm
- Proactively interacts with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to assess satisfaction, identify issues and independently implement robust solutions
- Solves complex operational issues involving several teams, finding win-win solutions thanks to excellent negotiation skills
- Liaises with internal stakeholders and acts as partner for sales in finding solutions for clients while representing operational capabilities assertively
- Leading team-relevant projects and contributes to business unit-relevant projects
- Reviews output of team members and trains less experienced Product Managers, delivers targeted education sessions for the wider team

**What we expect**
- University degree or equivalent, with emphasis on business administration, finance or economics
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional work experience in banking, asset management or similar
- Profound knowledge of the financial services industry, experience in private equity or another private markets asset class is a plus
- Knowhow in the design, implementation and the operational set-up of innovative product and investment structures is a plus
- Independent and self-directed person, able to manage effectively and complete complex operating tasks in demanding timelines and with competing priorities
- Ability and desire to train, coach, and mentor junior team members
- Proven ability to work with others and generate impact in a team environment, willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
- Excellent English skills, additional languages are a plus
